We are an innovative dairy that started our Management-intensive Grazing program in the year 2000. Grazing is our driving force as all animals from three months to adult cows are incorporated in our MiG program. Striving to focus on quality milk, soil health and agritourism, we have a mixed breed, 160 cow, seasonal dairy. Coinciding with our grazing practices, over the years we have dramatically improved our soil biology and we are excited to continue down the path of Regenerative Agriculture.
In 2014, we began making cheese in our New York State certified farmstead creamery and added our creamline bottled milk products in 2020. We also offer farm raised beef, pork, lamb and eggs to our farm store customers. Our agricultural ideas are adventurous and the possibilities here are enormous.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person or family to learn from our experiences, work hard, and contribute to the growth and creativity of our enterprise.
