After growing up on a small New England dairy where my family produced milk for direct to consumer sales, James Briggs lived in Iowa for 10 years and was involved in several different dairy and other farm operations before settling in Wisconsin.
Today at Briggs Family Farm, we milk 56 Jerseys in a tie stall with automatic take offs. We have seen the many benefits to grazing and believe it's a major advantage that small farms can have in this industry.
We are seeking an Intern or Apprentice for 2021.
