Please join us Wednesday, September 6th, 2017, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the DGA Fall Fling Pasture Walk at the farm of Master Dairy Graziers, Nate and Angie Walters, in Villard, MN.

Topics will be grazing and planting cover crops on this organic dairy farm. Cover crop benefits, and research information. Dung beetles, and other beneficial aspects of a healthy pasture will also be discussed.

Guest speakers: Organic dairy expert, Dr. Brad Heins; grazing and livestock specialist, Kent Solberg; and NRCS grazing specialists, Jeff Duchene.

Additionally, recognition will be given to two graduating Dairy Grazing Apprentices.
